Gorkhaland is indispensable, be Telengana attains statehood or not-RB Rai

Darjeeling, January 6 The Communist Party of Revolutionary Marxists (CPRM) president RB Rai today said that Gorkhaland is indispensable, be Telengana attains statehood or not. Comparing the situation of both the Hills and that of Telengana, Rai said that Telengana needs development, but the Hills need the statehood.

 But the reverse is happening today as Telengana is fighting for statehood instead for development and the Hills have been for development instead of statehood.

 The Telengana leader P Nirupam who was also the lawyer of the Supreme Court has admitted the fact said Rai. The GJM now has been talking about the Sikkim-Darjeeling merger which is very pathetic. What will happen with Kalimpong and Dooars after the unification, as the duo were not the part of Sikkim but were of Bhutan. 

The GJM who is talking of the unification taking into the account of history, can one talk of the unification of India with Pakistan as historically both was a same country questioned Rai.

 Source informed that the CPRM central committee meeting which was held under the chairmanship of RB Rai today at Darjeeling which geared up and discussed in detail the course of future agitation for Gorkhaland, but they chose to be numb on the regard today.
