Hill runners to partake in Mumbai Int’ Marathon

Kalimpong, January 6 Twelve runners of Himalayan Marathon Association, Kalimpong who are going to take part in the Mumbai International Marathon on January 20, today completed a distance of 20 kms along with their trainer Rachel Rai who has come from United Kingdom.


 They started from Damber Chowk, to Dr Graham Homes, 17th Mile and then ended at the starting point. The runners will run with a theme ‘We are Gorkhas, proud to be Indian’ in Mumbai said the HMA president Mala Sherpa. The team will leave for Mumbai on January 15.
