President of India congratulates ISRO on the launch of India’s first navigation satellite, IRNSS

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has congratulated the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on the successful launch of the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS), India’s first Navigation Satellite. 

In a message to Dr. K. Radhakrishnan, Chairman of ISRO, the President has said “I congratulate you and your team on the successful launch of the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS). This launch of India’s first dedicated navigation satellite is a significant milestone in the progress of our space programme and space applications”. (PIB)
