KKKS aims to take local cardamom at international market

{KNE}Kalimpong, October 11: The Kalimpong Krishak Kalyan Sangathan (KKKS) will soon be holding an E- auction for the large cardamom farmers of the Sub Division, informed the KKKS General Secretary, Bishnu Chettri. The Government of India has already opened up an auctioning centre for the same after which the farmers are getting double the earlier price. The KKKS now aims to bring the large cardamom produce in the national and international forefront through means of technology i.e. through internet. They also aim the get national level price for the produce through the same. The Sangathan has also forwarded an application for direct export license. After the license is passed it is said that the local cardamom will get an international market.
