Councilor Ramesh Lama inspects Animal Husbandry Dept.

 MUKESH SHARMA;Kalimpong, August 31: ;The GTA councilor Ramesh Lama yesterday inspected the head office of Animal Husbandry Development Department and in this course tried to understand the issues pertaining to the department. Alongside, he also visited other departments which come under the Animal Husbandry such as, Livestock and BLDO office. Lama was accompanied by officers JD Bhutia and NW Bhutia. Lama during the inspection stressed on the development of animal husbandry in the hills as only due to its development, the rural areas shall flourish making a sustainable source of livelihood. It will also pave way for employment and help increase revenue generation, he added.
