नयाँ दल गठन गर्नेहरुको कालेबुङमा केहिदिन अघि बैठक

डी के वाइबा: कालेबुङ २५ जनवरी;

दार्जीलिङ पहाडमा केहि महिना अघिदेखि चलेको नयाँ राजनैतिक दल गठन हुने कुराको नक्सा बिस्तारै अघि आँउन थालेको छ। बिशेष सुत्रले दिएको जानकारी अनुसार केहिदिन अघिमात्र उक्त दल गठन गर्ने दौडमा कुदिरहेका मानिसहरुको कालेबुङमा बैठक सम्पन्न भयो। उक्त बैठकमा पूर्व भाजपाका अध्यक्ष दावा शेर्पा, पिपल्स फोरमका महासचिव प्रवीण गुरुङ, युजिआरएफ प्रमुख अजय दहाल लगायत कालेबुङका कातिपय दलका नेताहरुसमेत रहेको सुत्रले बताएको छ। बैठकमा बर्तमान पहाडको राजनैतिक परिस्थितिबारे चर्चा पारिचर्चा अनि नयाँ दल गठनको निम्ति चाल्नु पर्ने सतर्कताबारे कुराकानी भएको सुत्रले बताएको छ। छुट्टै राज्य गोर्खाल्याण्डको नारा लिएर जन्मेको राजनैतिक दल गोजमुमोले गोर्खालयाण्डको मुद्दा छोडेर जीटीएमा सम्झौता गरे पछि अहिले घरि पहाडमा गोर्खाल्याण्डको आन्दोलन चर्काउँने ताकमा कातिपय मोर्चा बिरोधी मानिसहरु लागी परेको छ। उनीहरुको समय समयमा बिभिन्न स्थानहरुमा बैठकहरु समेत भईरहेको छ भने यस बैठकको क्रमलाई अहिलेघरि निकै सक्रियता दिएको सुत्रले बताएको छ। गोर्खाल्याण्डको नारा दिएर गठन हुने दल काहिले जनताको अघि आउँनेहुन् भन्ने कुरा स्पष्ट नभएता पनि यसको मोटामोटि स्वरुप तयार भएको सुत्रले जानकारी दिएको छ। सुत्रले दिएको जानकारी अनुसार अहिले पहाडमा नयाँ राजनैतिक दल गठन हुन नदिन कतिपय शक्तिहरु समेत सक्रिय रहेको छ। उक्त शक्रिय रहेको अदृष्य शक्तिहरु सित बाँचन नयाँ राजनैतिक दल गठन गर्ने होडमा कुदिरहेको मानिसहरुलाई समेत कतिपय ठाँउहरुमा असुबिधा सृजना भईरहेको कारण यसको उदय हुने कुराको अन्तिम निष्कर्ष निस्कन सकिरहेको छैन। जसको कारण नयाँ दल गठन गर्ने मानिसहरुले आफ्ना कुराहरुलाई एकदमै गोप्य राख्न खोजिरहेको थाह लागेको छ। बिशेष नयाँ दल गठन गर्ने होडमा जीएलओ प्रमुख छत्र सुब्बाको नाम केहिदिन अघि अघिल्लो पंक्तिमा रहेको थियो। उक्त कुरालाई ध्यानमा राखेर यदि छत्र सुब्बाले पहाडमा राजनीति शुरु गरे बर्तमान समयमा गोजमुमोलाई खत्राहुने निश्चित बनेको कारण तिनलाई मोर्चाको तर्फबाट रिझाउँने प्रयास भएको समेत सुत्रले जनाएको छ। केहि दिन अघि रेलीको बगरमा मोर्चा प्रमुख बिमल गुरुङ अनि छत्र सुब्बाको भेटले नयाँ दल गठनको होडमा कुदिरहेका मानिसहरुलाई ब्याकफुटमा पारेको समेत सुत्रले जानकारी दिएको छ। हुन त उक्त भेटलाई लिएर दुवै नेताहरुले संयोगवस भेट भएको बताएता पनि भेट मोटा मोटी सुनियोजित रहेको सुत्रले दाबी गरेको छ। सुब्बाले पाहाडमा पुन: राजनीति नगरोस भन्ने चाहना मोर्चाका नेताहरुले राखेका कारण तिनालई सुनियोजित तरिकाले रेलीको बगरमा आयोजित कार्यक्रममा निमन्त्रणा दिएको सुत्रले थप दाबी गरेको छ। यता नयाँ राजनैतिक दल गठन गर्ने होडमा कुदिरहेका नेताहरुले यसबारेमा अहिले छत्रसुब्बा र बिमल गुरूङको भेटलाई निकै गहन तरिकाले हेरेको अनि सुब्बालाई दलमा सामेल गराउँन पर्ने हुन् कि होईनन् भनेर समेत बिचार गरिरहेको सुत्रले बताएको छ।

that nowadays police run after seeing these criminal quite contrary to
old days when criminal run after seeing police or a teacher. During
G.N.L.F time the so called don and mafia was placed in a second phase
but now they are placed in the chair and the running the
administration. Many honourable politicians were murdered in board day
light in the hills but the murders are untraceable who now are
thinking that they are above the law and the constitution. All these
have resulted in the loss of so many political figures that now
Darjeeling hills have no able politician to lead. Local political
interference in the police work has make gang culture to boost up he
alleged. He has make an appeal to the public police, intellectuals and
youth brigade to come in a same platform to stand against the so
called don and mafia and to bring the lost glory of the hills and
maintain a communal harmony .

यहाँको १२ माईल नजिक भएको सडक दुर्घट्नामा ६ जना मानिसहरु घाईते भएका छन् भने २ जनाको अवस्था गम्भिर रहेको कारण सिलगढी रेफर गरिएको छ। जानकारी अनुसार डब्ल्यु बी २५५६ कमाण्डर कालेबुङदेखि गिडाब्लीङ गईरहेको समयमा उक्त दुर्घट्ना भएको हो। उक्त दुर्घटना लकभग ४ बजे बेलुकि भएको हो। उक्त दुर्घट्नामा घाईतेहुनेहरु क्रमैले साईमन जेम्स(४२), चन्दन जेम्स(१५), कुञ्जन लेप्चा(३७), आकाश शेर्पा(१८), फूर्बा छिरिङ भुटिया(६७) अनि छिमिला भुटिया(११) रहेका छन्। घाईतेहरुलाई यहाँको माहकुमा अस्पतालमा उपचारको निम्ति भर्ना गरिएको छ भने छिरिङ भुटिया अनि छिमिला भुटियाको अवस्था चिन्ताजनक रहेको कारण सिलगडी रेफर गरिएको छ। उक्त वाहन कालेबुङबाट बुधबारे गिडाब्लीङ गईरहेको समयमा स्ट्रीङ लक भए पछि सडकमा नै पल्टिए। दुर्घट्नामा वाहनका चालक हिरा राईलाई सामान्य चोट लागेको छ भने तिनलाई प्राथमिक उपचार पछि अस्पतालबाट छुट्टी दिएको छ। चालकले दिएको जानकारी अनुसार वाहन कुदिरहेको समयमा अचानक स्ट्रीङ लक भए पछि उक्त दुर्घटना भएको हो। घाईतेहरुको शरिरको बिभिन्न भाग अनि टाउकोतिर चोटपटक लागेको छ।

Two people arrested in the sonam gyatso murder case which occurred on
the 17 midnight the police has arrested today anil sharma alias dallu
of sadu dhara and dawa norbu bhutia alias chapeyof 10th mile kalimpong
after they were thoroughly quizzed by the local police after the
incident . police sources told that both of them has confess that they
were involve in the incident after which they were arrested under art
302 of i.p.c .today both of them was forwarded to kalimpong a.c.j.m
court where the court has sent them to 7 days of police remand .

govt and govt aided school adhoc teacher to be regularise

The follow up of the 13 Jan meeting of Calcutta between the state
education departments and the representative of the hills was
concluded today at the central school service commission office. The
meeting was attended by the chairman of the central school service
commission along the directorate of the school education m.l.a from
kalimpong and kurseong , representative of J.S.T.O from all the
three hill subdivision anad the district inspector of d.g.h.c area
rupa thapa. Informing over the phone about the meeting bijay pradhan
secretary of the janmukti secondary teachers organisation told that in
toady meeting the state representative have decided to regularise 269
adhoc teachers who are presently working in the government high school
and the govt. Aided school in the first phase . The state
representative has directed the district inspector of d.g.h.c area
rupa thapa to submit a report immediately in this context. In the mean
time the adhoc teachers numbering 143 who are working in the
unrecognised school will be regularised in the second phase. The
volunteer teacher issue was also raised in the meeting the papers of
these teachers will be scrutinised and after which they will be
considered phase wisely.

The advisor to the guardian forum of kalimpong tara sundas has raised
question against the tender issued by the kalimpong college authority
for construction of the college library building estimating value of
40 lakhs . The building committee of the college has issued a notice
inviting quotation tender of rate for supplying of the building and
others materials for the construction of library building under
kalimpong college .The notice was issued on 28/12/2011, Tara said that
in the government rule the tender must be published in a vernacular
and a national daily but the notice has neither been published in the
newspaper nor stuck anywhere in the subdivision governmental offices.
Why the college authority is has not maintained transparency in
publishing the tender? Asked Tara. College is the cream of the society
no such work should be followed advised Tara who has filed an RTI
regarding the estimation of the money used during the construction of
the college new building to the state public information officer

Sonam gyasto (31) popularly known as dollar resident of suntalay khoti
10 mile was found brutally murdered in r.c mintri road yesterday
midnight by the police patrolling team. Having many criminal record
sonam body was found laying beside the road near a shop. Police
sources told that sonam was attacked mainly on the forehead and in the
backside of the head by a very sharp weapon. No traces were left by
the culprits the question has started arising as to who attacked sonam
and brutally killed him. The family is saying that they don’t have any
clue as whom to blame. sonam yesterday was in his home till 6 p.m but
after that he did not returned told the grandmother. sonam body was
sent to the sub divisional hospital for post mortem . Police today
quizzed two of the boy in this connection but nothing came out.

कोलकता महानगरीमा क्रामाकपाले सीपिआईएमएल (लिबरेसन) को सहयोगमा गोर्खाल्याण्डको आवज चर्काएर पहाड फर्कि आएका छन। सीपिआईएमए(लिबरेसन)को आयोजनामा कोलकताको धरमतल्लामा देशमा बडीरहेको महंगाई अनि अगणतांत्रीक परिवेशको बिरोधमा जनसभा आयोजना गरिएको थियो। उक्त जनसभाम पहाडका बिपक्षी दल क्रामाकले भाग लिएको थियो। क्रामाकपा महासचिव तारामणी राईले प्रतिनिधित्व गरेको टोलिले कोलक्ताको शहरमा छुट्टै राज्य गोर्खाल्याण्डको नाराबजी लगाए। उक्त आवजमा लिबरेसनका समर्थकहरुले आवज थपिददा कोलकता गोर्खाल्याण्डको नाराले गुंजियो। उक्त जनसभामा क्रामाकपाबाट महासचिव तारामाणि राई अनि कालेबुङ आञ्चलिक समिति सचिव मोहन पोड्यालले सहभागिता जनाएका थिए। विशाल जनसमुद्रको महाजुलूस धरमतलामा थामिएपछि तीन धण्टासम्म राजमार्ग नै ठप्प गरेर जनसभामा परिणत भएको थियो। सीपीआइएमएल राज्य सचिव पार्थ बसुको अध्यक्षतामा सम्पन्न जनसभामा पोलित व्युरो सदस्य कार्तिक काल, अभिजित मजुमदार, बासुदेव वर्मा, क्रामाकपा महासचिव तारामणि राई आदिले जनसभालाई सम्बोधन गरेका थिए भने सीपीआईएमएल राज्य समिति महसचिव दिपङ्‌कर भट्टचार्य प्रमुख वक्तको रूपमा उपस्थित थिए। जनसभालाई सम्बोधन गर्दै सीपिआईएमएल महासचिव दिपंकर भट्टचार्यले गोर्खाहरुको समस्या जीटीएले समाधान ग-यो भनेर राज्यका मुख्य मंत्री ममता ब्यानर्जीले दाबी गरेको कुरो झुटो रहेको बतए। तिनले गोर्खाहरुको राष्ट्रिय राजनैतिक सुरक्षा केवल गोर्खाल्याण्डले मात्र हुने दाबी गर्दै गोर्खाल्याण्डको आन्दोलनलाई साथ दिने बचनबद्धता प्रकट गरे। उनीहरूको चिन्हारी र अस्तित्वको समस्या अझ आलै छ भन्दै त्यसैको निम्ति क्रामाक्पा हामीसँग छ भनि जनाए। हामीले एक अर्कामा सहयोगका हात बढाएर कार्य गरिरहेका छौं। हामी गोर्खाहरूको साथमा छौं। यदि कुनै पनि आन्दोलन गर्नपरे हाम्रो सहभागिता रहनेछ भन्दै प्रत्येक आन्दोलनमा क्रामाक्पालाई सहयोग गर्ने जनाए। आवश्यक परे यस जससभामा जति भेला भएका छन्‌ त्यसको चौगुणा मानिसहरू हामी भेला गरेको हुन्छौं। यसरी नै अभिजित मजुमदारले पनि गोर्खाहरूको छुट्टै राज्य हुनपर्ने कुरामा जोड दिए। यसरी नै तारामाणि राईले भने, बङ्गाल सरकारले अहिले जीटीएले गोर्खाहरूको समस्या समाधान भयो भने झुटो प्रचार गरिरहेको छ। घरी चिया अनि पर्यटन उत्सव त घरी कृषि मेला गरेर जनतालाई अहिले भुल्याउने कार्य भइरहेको छ। दार्जीलिङको एउटा शक्ति भएको पार्टीसँग मिलेर सरकारले पैसाको दुरूपयोग गरिरहेको छ, जबकी बन्द चियाकमानमा लाखौं कृषक अनि मजदुरहरू गॉंस र बाससँग जुझिरहेका छन्‌। मेला र उत्सव गर्ने सरकारले किन बगान खोलाउनमा चासो देखाउँदैन, किन आवाज उठाउँदैन? तिनले प्रश्न तेर्साए। जीटीएले गोर्खाहरूको समस्या समाधान नहुने बताउँदै गोर्खाहरूको निम्ति छुट्टै राज्य हुनपर्ने कुरामा नै तिनले अधिक जोड दिए। तिनले कोलकताको जनसभा बाट जीटीएको बिरोध गर्दै ममता ब्यानर्जीले गोर्खाहरुको समस्या समाधान भयो भन्नु मुर्खता रहेको दाबी गरे। तिनले उक्त जसभमा पनि मोर्चाको आलोचना गर्दै हाल जीटीए पारित गराउँन मोर्चाले बिभिन्न उपायहरु सर्कारस्ंग मिलेर अप्नाएको आरोप लगाए।
