Inter School Scouts/ Guides, Cubs and Bulbul Competition held Kalimpong,

KNE;October 06: Various competitions were held during the Inter School Scouts/ Guides and Cubs and Bulbul Competition today at Mela Ground. Some the competitions were First Aid, Knotting, Scout/ Guides Craft, Tent Pitching, Mass drill, Message Relay, etc. The Scouts and Guides District Chief Commissioner, PR Pradhan was present as the chief guest accompanied by TB Thakuri and ML Sundas. The participating Schools were through Scouts were SUMI, Saptashri Gyanpeeth, St Augustine, Chandra Maya, Kumudini Homes and Gitabling, while the participant Schools under Guides were Saptashri Gyanpeeth, St Josephs Convent, St Philomena and Chandra Maya School. Under Cubs and Bulbul, the Schools were Girls High School, St Philomena, Kumudini Homes and Ram Krishna School. Kumudini Homes stood as the winner under Scouts and St Josephs Convent were the winners under Guides. The winner Schools took away the BK Subba Memorial Challenge Trophy.
