छुट्टै राज्यको नाममा सरकार प्रायोजित आन्दोलनहरु बिफल हुँदै आईरहेको छ – अरुण घतानी

 कालेबुङ, 3 अक्टोबर। छुट्टै राज्य गोर्खाल्याण्डको माग गर्दै क्रामाकपाको युवा संगठन गणत्रान्त्रिक क्रान्तिकारी युवा मोर्चाले खरसाङबाट शुरु गरेको बाईक र्याकली आज कालेबुङ आईपुग्यो। उक्त र्या ली खरसाङबाट हिज गोरुबथान पुगेको थियो भने आज गोरुबथानबाट लाभा, अलगडा हुँदै कालेबुङ आइपुग्यो। यस अवसरमा गक्रायुमोका युवावर्गले जोडदार गोर्खाल्याण्डको माग गर्दै जोडदार नाराबाजी लगाए। गोरुबथानबाट कालेबुङ आईपुगेका उक्त टोलीलाई यहाँको डम्बर चौकमा स्वागत गर्न क्रामाकपा उपाध्यक्ष जे बी राई, कालेबुङ आञ्चलिक समितिका अध्यक्ष किशोर प्रधान, प्रवक्ता मोहन पौड्याल लगायत गक्रायुनामो कार्यकर्ताहरु पनि भेला भएका थिए।

 छुट्टै राज्य गोर्खाल्याण्डको माग गर्दै शुरु गरेको बाईक र्यााली यहाँको डम्बर चौकमा आईपुगेपछि पथसभामा परिणत भयो। यस अवसरमा उक्त र्याोलीलाई नेतृत्व गर्ने गक्रायुमो महासचिव अरुण घतानीले दार्जीलिङ पहाडमा जनता जीटीए व्यवस्था प्रति सन्तुष्ट नरहेको दाबी गर्दै छुट्टै राज्यको गठन नै भारतभरी छरिएर बसेका गोर्खाहरुको समस्याको समाधान रहेको जनाए। तिनले आफुहरुले छुट्टै राज्यको मागमा शुरु गरेको बाईक र्याहलीलाई बिफल गर्न प्रशासनले प्रयास गरेको आरोप लगाउँदै गोर्खाहरुको समस्या समाधानको निम्ति छुट्टै राज्य गठन नभएसम्म यस्ता आन्दोलनलाई दबाउँने प्रशासनको प्रायास गक्रायुमोले बिफल पार्ने दाबी गरे।

 “छुट्टै राज्य गोर्खाल्याण्डको मागलाई दबाउँन बिगत देखि बर्तमान सम्म नै सरकारले बिभिन्न प्रयासहरु गरिरहेको छ। यतिमात्र होईन सरकारले गोर्खाहरुको मागलाई दबाउँन पहाडमा आन्दोलनलाई समेत सरकार प्रायोजित गर्ने काम हुँदै आईरहेको छ। यस्तो सरकार प्रायोजित आन्दोलनकै कारण गोर्खाहरुले बारम्बार धोखा पाउँदै आईरहेको छ। यसकारण क्रामाकपाको आन्दोलनलाई पनि सरकारले बिभिन्न एजेन्सीको माध्यमबाट दबाउँने षडयन्त्र गर्दै आईरहेको छ। तर, हामी क्रामाकपा पार्टी कार्यकर्ताहरु कटिबद्ध छौ त्यसैले हाम्रो आवजलाई सरकारले कहिल्यै दबाउँन सक्नेछैन” – अरुण घतानीले भने।

 तिनले यस अवसरमा जीटीएले गोर्खाहरुको आकाक्षा पुरा गर्न नसक्ने दाबी गर्दै 44 महिना आन्दोलन गरेर आन्दोलन बिफल हुनको मुख्य कारण पनि मोर्चाको आन्दोलन सरकारद्वारा प्रायोजित थियो भनि आरोप लगाए। अहिले पहाडका मानिसहरुको गोर्खाल्याण्डको चाहना बोकेर पनि कतिपय कारणले बोल्न नसकेको बताउँदै जनताको आवजलाई कुनै पनि शक्तिले धेरदिन रोकेर राख्न नसक्ने अनि यो एकदिन बिस्फोट निश्चित रुपले हुँदा सरकाले ध्यान दिन आवश्यक रहेको तिनले अझ जनाएका छन। क्रामाकपा पार्टीले अहिलेसम्म कुनै पनि सरकारी धनराशीको प्रयोग गरेर आन्दोलन गरेको छैन भन्दै आफुहरुलाई जनताले साथ दिएकोमा आभार समेत प्रकट गरेका छन।

अर्कोतिर गक्रायुमोको र्यािलीमा सहभागी बनेका सीपीआईएमएल पार्टीको छात्र संगठन अखिल भारतीय छत्र संगठनका केन्द्रिय समिति सदस्य प्रदिपन गांगुलीले पनि गोर्खाहरुको समस्या केवल गोर्खाल्याण्डले मात्र पुरा गर्ने दाबी गरेका छन। तिनले गोर्खाल्याण्डको मुद्दाप्रति आफुहरुको साथ रहेको बताउँदै गोर्खाल्याण्ड प्राप्तिको निम्ति सधै आफ्नो पार्टीले आन्दोलनमा साथ दिने पनि तिनले जनाए। यस अवसरमा तिनले जीटीए बिषयमा टिप्पणी गर्दै जीटीए दागोपापमा कुनै भिन्नता नरहेको जनाएका छन। बिगत दिनहरुमा ह्हुट्टै राज्य गोर्खाल्याण्दको मुद्दामा आफुहरुले क्रामाकपालाई साथ दिदै दिल्लीको जन्तर मन्तरमा समेत धर्नामा सहभागी बनेको जनाउँदै कुनै पनि परिस्थितिमा गोर्खाल्याण्द प्राप्तिको निम्ति तिनले आफ्नो पार्टी अनि पार्टीको छात्र संगठन लड्ने जनाएका छन।

FORMATION OF ALL INDIA GORKHA READERS' AND WRITERS' FEDERATION . Bringing up wise rational generation rather than job centric populace: AIGRWF

 Gangtok,2 October: On the eve of 143rd Gandhi Jayanti, All India Gorkha Readers' and Writers' Federation came to the forefront taking its first step. The pioneer of the Federation Prabin Khaling, Dweep Mustang, Yugal khanal and Joseph lepcha gave a vivid description and details about the literary federation. stating the federation to have been formed in order to develop and propound a logical environment among the Gorkha populace in particular and the whole human race in general by seeking to inculcate the habit of reading and writing within the proximity of the individual/society.

 As stated their motto is to generate awareness related to the importance of books in day to day life. Furthermore, the broader outlook and approach of the body was also taken into open discussion between the readers, press officials and the pioneers. The federation's new fangled way of approach and outlook giving enough space to the working executives and the members from all over the country was hugely accepted. 

 The introductory phase was briefed by Prabin khaling stating an appeal to the Gorkha imagination, He portrayed the importance of Readers' rather than writers' because Writers' can be found in abundance but our community lacks Readers' who can make a critical evaluation of our own Writers'. 

He further propogated that Young aspirants should stop being just an educated person rather wise. The federation aims in bringing up wise rational generation rather than job centric populace, he said. Dweep Mustang, gave a vivid description and introduction of the Federation and further narrated the various Aims and Objectives, future Agendas and various activities of the Federation. He said, the federation will organize Confluence, establish a best reading room in the Capital city, Gangtok in its very first phase.

 He also stated the immediate formation of Readers' group in and around Sikkim ,Darjeeling and Gorkha Populated area of the country. He further raised an important agenda to raise voice or create an awareness for the recognition of linguistic minority of Nepali Language in National Scenario. Yugal Khanal, further stated the agenda in a crystal clear way. He stated about the federation and its working ways which he said is a new fangled working way laying emphasis on Round Table interaction rather than traditional way of working.

 He further ushered about the Ideological Revolution as the need of the hour. The Gorkha society should develop by developing ones own civic sense. Joseph Lepcha stated about the elasticity of membership containing Diversity in Unity In order to sustain such literary Federation, he mentioned about the participation of people from all walks of life specially the youths who is the builder of the nation, he said! On the same day, "Teesta-Rangeet" An online literary journal started under the federation's banner was revamped. and further declared the publishing house entitled as "Gorkha Publication" to promote and help the upcoming writers of the Gorkha society.

 The Journal in the first issue came up with a total of thirteen poets from all over the world consisting of three professional poets from Nepal, A poet from Spain, U.S.A., (Adelaide)Australia, Mumbai and from Canada. A bi-lingual literary magazine will be published soon as stated by the pioneers.A National executive body will be declared by the end of the year before Winter Vacation starts. The Federation will be advised by the intellectuals from different work zone consisting of Educationist, Thinker, Writer, Social Activist, Painter, photographer, Actor and Enterprenuers. 

Gail Khola road mishap: bodies yet to be traced

MUKESH; Kalimpong, More than 48 hours have passed since the road mishap at Geil Khola, NH31A on Saturday night, and the bodies of the 3 missing persons, namely, Shiv Sagar Chettri, Rambi Thana In-charge, Soumen Banerjee, NHPC Administrative Supervisor and Pritam Chettri, driver is yet to be found. A 20 member search team on 3 rafts set off early today from Gail Khola till Gajaldoba in search of them, but came empty handed. Even the public of Rambi is lending helping hands in the search operation. The Darjeeling District Police Superintendent, Kunal Agarwal today met with Shiv Sagar Chettri’s family and also visited the accident spot. The public of Rambi were reported complaining that still after frequent road incidents along the NH31A, a safety wall remains to be constructed. All the schools of Rambi remained closed today mourning the incident.

गोर्खाल्याण्ड क्षेत्रीय प्रशासनको सम्बन्धमा न्यायलयको निर्णयप्रति सरकार जवाबदेही हुनेछ – कर्णल रमेश आले

 कालेबुङ, 2 अक्टोबर। दार्जीलिङ पहाडमा मुख्य मन्त्री ममता ब्यानर्जीले बङगालको सत्तामा आउँन साथ हतार गरेर गठन गरेको गोर्खाल्याण्ड क्षेत्रीय प्रशासनको भविष्य के हुनेछ भनि अहिले टट्कारो प्रश्न सबैको निम्ति खुबै चासोको बिषय बन्न पुगेको छ। बिशेष कोलकोताको उच्च न्यायलयमा उक्त व्यवथाको संवैधानिक सुरक्षा बिषयलाई चुनौति दिदै मुद्दा दर्ता गरिएको कारण अनि हाल उक्त मुद्दा बिचाराधीन अवस्थामा रहेको कारण जीटीएको भविष्यवारे कसैले किटान गर्न नसक्ने स्थिति देखा परेको छ।

 यस सम्बन्धमा आज गोर्खाल्याण्ड क्षेत्रीय प्रशासन उप मुख्य कार्यकारी प्रमुख कर्णल रमेश आलेसग बिशेष भेटघाट अवधी प्रश्न गर्दा “राष्ट्रपतिले अनुमोदन गरेको व्यवस्था हो जीटीए। राष्ट्रपति भनेको खेलाईँची होइन। जीटीए गठन हुनुमा भारत सरकार प्रमुखरुपले भागिदारी छ। मुद्दा सम्बन्धमा पनि हामीलाई कुनै सुर्ता छैन। राष्ट्रपतिले त्यसै हस्ताक्षर गरेका होइनन्‌। यसबारे मुद्दा चल्दैछ। जीटीए खारेज नै भए पनि हामीलाई कुनै असरपर्दैन किन भने हाम्रो माग हो गोर्खाल्याण्ड” – कर्णल आलेले भने। तिनले कुनै पनि बिषयमा राष्ट्रपतिको अनुमोदन हुन कुनै खेलाईँचीपन होईन भन्दै राष्ट्रपतिले हस्ताक्षर गरेको मुद्दामा न्यायलयले कुनै निर्णय सुनाउँछ भने सरकार र राष्ट्रप्ति नै जवाबदेही हुनेछ भनि आलेले थप बताएका छन।

 हाल तेलेङगना गठनको मुद्दा चलिरहेको प्रसंगलाई झिक्दै तिनले तेलेङगना राज्य भएको खण्डमा आफुहरु मुद्दा छोडेर मौन बस्ने होईन भन्दै आफ्नो अन्तिम प्राण रहेसम्म गोर्खाल्याण्द गठनको निम्ति लागीपर्ने तिनले अझ जनाए। एकातिर जीटीए असंवैधानिक एकाई हो भनेर मोर्चा आफैले भनिरहेको छ अर्कोतर्फ कानून बनाउँने व्यवस्था रहेको कुरा गर्दै लेजिस्लेटिभ पावर छ भनिरहेको सन्दर्भमा तिनलाई प्रश्न गर्दा उक्त बिषयमा स्टडी फोरमले यसबारे अध्ययन गरिरहेको बताए। हाल पहाडमा छैटौ अनुसूचि गठनको निम्ति केन्द्रबाट गोप्यरुपमा एक्सपर्टहरु आएर अध्ययन गरिरहेको हल्ला चलिरहेको सन्दर्भमा प्रश्न गर्दा तिनले यस बिषयमा अनभिज्ञ रहेको जनाए। यसैसिलसिलामा गोजमुमो पार्टीको अग्रिम संगठन युवा मोर्चा बिघटनको हल्ला बारे प्रश्न गर्दा तिनले युवा मोर्चा बिघटन भएको छैन भनि स्पष्टिकरण दिएका छन।

कृषक कल्याण संगठनद्वारा राष्ट्रिय राजमार्ग 31 ए अवरोध

कालेबुङ 2 अक्टोबर। दार्जीलिङ पहाडका कृषकवर्गलाई केन्द्र सरकारबाट मनरेगा योजना मार्फत प्रदान गरिने बिभिन्न सहुलियतहरुबाट बञ्चित राखेको आरोप लगाउँदै आज कालेबुङ कृषक कल्याण संगठनले 31 ए राष्ट्रिय राजमार्ग चित्रेमा पथ अवरोध गर्यो । यस अवसरमा बिभिन्न स्थानहरुबाट कृषकवर्गको उत्साहजनक सहभागिता रहेको थियो। संघठनले यस अघिनै जिल्लापाल अनि महकुमा अधिकारीवर्गलाई केन्द्र सरकारको योजना ग्रामिण ईलाकामा कार्यन्वय नभएको जानकारी गराउँदै यस सम्बन्धमा यथाशिघ्र कार्वाही नगरे संगठनले बिरोध प्रदर्शन गर्नेछ भनेर घोषणा गरेको फलस्वरुप नै संगठनले उक्त पथ अवरोध गरेको हो।

 बिहान लग भग 11 बजेदेखि शुरु भएको उक्त पथ अवरोध कार्य सम्भवत तीस मिनेट सम्म जारी रह्यो। यस अवसरमा वाहनहरुको चलाचल पूर्णरुपले ठप्प रहेको थियो। संगठनका महासचिव बिष्णु छेत्रीको नेतृत्वमा रहेको टोलीले पथवरोध गर्न अघि महात्मा गाँधीको तस्विर अघि दीप प्रज्वलन गरेर देशको निम्ति शहिद हुने बीरहरुलाई श्रद्धाञ्जली अर्पण गर्दै मौन धारण गरेको थियो। संगठनले एकाएक राष्ट्रिय राजमार्गमा पथ अवरोध गरेपछि राजमार्गमा वाहनहरुको लामेताँत जाम ल;आगेको थियो भने पथ अवरोध समापन पछि पनि ट्राफिक व्यवस्था स्वाभाविक बन्नु धेरै समय लागेको थियो।

 यस अवसरमा संगठनका महासचिव बिष्णु छेत्रीले पथावरोधको निम्ति बिभिन्न ईलाकाहरुबाट भेला भएका कृषकवर्गलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै केन्द्र सरकारले मनरेगा योजना अनुरुप कृषकवर्गलाई प्रदान गरेको सहुलियत दार्जीलिङ पहाडमा लागु नभएको आरोप लगाए। यस समबन्धमा संगठनले अगावै जिल्लापाल अनि महकुमा अधिकारीवर्गलाई जानकारी गराएको बताउँदै उक्त बिषयमा जिल्लापालले योजनाहरु लागु गर्नु भनि ग्राम पञ्चायतलाई निर्देश दिए पनि ग्राम पञ्चायतहरुले भने अझसम्म कतिपय योजनाहरुदेखि कृषकवर्गलाई बञ्चित राखेको तिनले आरोप लगाएका छन।

 सन 2007 मा केन्द्र सरकारले मनरेगा योजनाको अधिनियम बनाएर ग्रामीण कृषहरुलाई विविध सहुलियतहरु प्रदान गर्ने घोषणा गर्नुको साथै कानुन समेत पारित गरेको बताउँदै दार्जीलिङ पहाडका मोठ एकसय तेह्रवटा ग्राम पञ्चाय्तहरुले भने उक्त योजनाहरु कार्यन्वय नगरेर कानुनको उल्लंघन गरेको पनि कृषक कल्याण सनगठनका महासचिव छेत्रीले दाबी गरेका छन। मनरेगा योजना मार्फत यस्ता कतिपय योजनाहरु लागु नहुँदा दार्जीलिङ पहाडको ग्रामिण ईलाकाका मानिसहरुले बिकास कार्यबाट बञ्चित रहेको दाबी गर्दै सरकारी योजनाबाट बञ्चित गर्ने कार्यको बिरोध गर्दै पथ वरोध गरेको बताए

 तिनले सरकारलाई यो पथ अवरोध केवल सांकेतिक मात्र रहेको बताउँदै यदि यस कार्यलाई सरकारले ध्यान नदिए आगमी दिनमा सनगठनले अझ कडा कार्वाही गर्ने तिनले चेतावनी दिएका छन। सरकारले महात्मा गाँधीको नाउँमा शुरु गरेको योजनाबाट आज ग्रामिण कृषकवर्ग बञ्चित हुने कार्यले महात्मा गाँधीको नाउँनै बदनाम हुने गरेको बताउँदै आज तिनके जन्मदिनमा उक्त योजनाहरुबाट धाँधली हुने कार्य बन्द गर्नुपर्छ भनि बिष्णु छेत्रीले अझ जनाएका छन।

शहर सफा राख्नुपर्ने आह्वानसंगै र्याचली सम्पन्न

 कालेबुङ 2 अक्टोबर। स्वच्छ कालेबुङ अनि सुन्दर कालेबुङको नारा लगाउँदै आज केवानएक्स (K1X) वेलफेयर क्लबले शहरमा र्याबली निकालेको थियो। यहाँको टाउन हल परिसरमा राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गाँधिको तस्विर अघि माल्यार्पण तथा दीप प्रज्वलन गरेर शुरु भएको उक्त र्या लीमा कालेबुङ शहरलाई स्वच्छ राख्न नाराबाजी पनि लगाए। यस अवसरमा उक्त र्याकलीमा महात्मा गाँधी बनेर सानु राजपुत सहभागी बनेका थिए। बन्देमातरको नारा संगै शहरलाई स्वच्छ राख्ने शहरवासीलाई आह्वान गर्दै क्लबका सदस्यहरुले बिभिन्न प्ला कार्डहरु बोकेका थिए भने उक्त र्यानलीले यहाँको थानाडाँ हुँदै दसमाईल पहाटकबाट शहर परिक्रमा गरेर पुन टाउनहल परिसरमा आईपुगेर समापान भयो। यस अवसरमा क्लबका अध्यक्ष प्रकास सेवाले कालेबुङ शहरलाई स्वच्छ राख्न नै यसरी र्याअली निकालेको जानकारी गराएका छन।

कालेबुङ भेटेरेन्स क्लबको स्थापना दिवस पालन

कालेबुङ, 2 अक्टोबर। राष्ट्रपति महात्मा गाँधीको जन्म दिनको अवसरमा आज कालेबुङ भेटेरेन्स क्लबले आफ्नो 16 औ स्थापना दिवस पालन गर्योि। यहाँको मेनरोड स्थित कल्बकै प्रेक्षा गृहमा आयोजित उक्त स्थापना दिवसको अवसरमा कालेबुङका तीनजना बिशिष्ट व्यक्तित्वहरुलाई सम्मान पनि जनाईयो। यस अवसरमा आयकर बिभागका उप कमिश्नर अञ्जु शेर्पा मुख्य अतिथिका रुपमा उअपस्थित रहेका थिए भने बिशिष्ट अतिथिका रुपला एसयुएमाआई बिद्यालयका प्राचार्य नभरत्न प्रधान, रकभेल एकाडमीका प्रचार्य कप्तान प्रकाशमणी प्रधान, पूर्व बिधायक गौलन लेप्चा उपथित रहेका थिए।

 मुख्य अतिथि शेर्पाको बाहुलिबाट रष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गाँधीको तस्बिरमा माल्यार्पण गरी क्लबको झण्डा उत्तोलन गरेपछि सुरु भएको कार्यक्रममा संस्थापक सदस्य तथा उत्तर बङगाल एंव सिक्किम भेटेरेन्स क्लबका सचिव ढेण्डुप भोटियाले स्वागत सम्बोधन राखे। यस अवसरमा मुख्य अतिथिको बाहुलिबाट क्लबकै प्रेक्षा गृहमा मल्टि जिमको पनि उद्घाटन गरियो। यस अवसरमा कल्बले आफ्नो 16 औ स्थापना दिवस पालन गर्दै कालेबुङको शैक्षिक बिकासमा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याथउँने एसयुएमआई बिद्यालयका प्राचार्य नभरत्न प्रधान, रकभेल अकादमीका प्रचार्य कप्तान प्रकाशमणी प्रधान अनि मुख्य अतिथि मञ्जु शेर्पालाई अङगवस्त्र अनि सम्मान पत्र प्रदान गरी सम्मन गरियो।

Pokhriabong High School awaits necessary renovations

MUKESH SHARMA Pokhriabong, September 30 Pokhriabong High school, the only school at Zone II under 43 no Gorubathan constituency at Manzing village seems to forgotten by the concerned department and the administration. Established in the year 1989, the school has around 300 students comprising of 12-13 villages under the Pokhriabong Gram Panchayat Unit.

 The school is at a distance of 55-60 kilometers from Kalimpong town. The school suffers from necessity like that of the schools hall. It has never been renovated and touched after its construction. The roof of the school is not proper and the teachers and students have to face many problems during rainy seasons, the classrooms furnitures too are futile.

 The school has altogether 8 teachers informed the Principal of the school Praveen Ghising talking to SIKKIM MAIL. He said that they raised their grievances many times but remained unheard. ‘We have hope in the new administrative set up and believe that they will surely hear us’ said Principal Ghising.

 The road leading to the school bears same story. Students coming from far away have to face severe problems due to the wretched road confitions. The Students are not in a mood of giving up, but the administration seems so. Now it is interesting to see, how the GTA plays its role improvising the lives of the students, teachers and that of the school.

CPRM rally to renew state stir

 TT; Darjeeling, Oct. 1: The ripples of the renewed agitation for Telangana have reached the Darjeeling hills with the CPRM deciding to hold a series of meetings and rallies from tomorrow to press for the creation of Gorkhaland. Arun Ghatani, the general secretary of the Democratic Revolutionary Youth Front, the youth wing of the CPRM, today said: “We have decided to renew the Gorkhaland agitation.

 Although we had planned the movement in advance, the agitation launched by the pro-Telangana activists yesterday compelled us to go in for a sustained campaign.” The CPRM, a major party opposed to the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha, will take out a rally of more than 100 bikes and four-wheelers from Kurseong tomorrow. 

“The rally will begin at Kurseong Motor Stand at 9am tomorrow and on its way to Darjeeling, leaders will address people at various points. Once we reach Darjeeling, we will hold a public meeting,” said Ghatani. After the public meeting, the rally will proceed to Kalijhora tomorrow evening. “On Wednesday, we will set out for Gorubathan and take the Lava route to reach Kalimpong the same day. 

The first phase of the agitation will conclude with a public meeting at Damber Chowk in Kalimpong on Wednesday,” said Ghatani. The CPRM has also lined up a slew of other campaigns that will follow the Kalimpong event, but the details haven’t been made public yet. Observers, believe, the CPRM is confident that any development on the Telangana issue has the potential of drawing large crowds in the hills.

 “The CPRM has made a head start to ensure that it is in the forefront of any agitation if there are positive developments on the Telangana issue. Even the Morcha, which has settled for the GTA, will be forced to make appropriate noises if the Centre takes any step for the formation of the Telangana state,” said an observer. 

The Morcha has not issued any statement on the Telangana movement and this is largely because party president Bimal Gurung is tied up till October 6 for religious rites after his father’s demise. Sources, however, said the Morcha had decided to go ahead with its foundation day celebration on October 7 and depending on the shape the Telangana movement takes, the party is likely to make its plans clear during the celebration.

चार बर्षीय बालिकामाथी दुस्कर्मको घटना : आरोपि फरार

 कालेबुङ, 1 अक्टोबर। कालेबुङ महकुमा क्षेत्रको 42 नम्बर समष्टि अन्तर्गत पर्ने चुईखिममा आज चार बर्षीय बालिका माथि दुस्कर्म गरिएको घटना प्रकासमा आएको छ। जानकारी अनुसार उक्त बालिका आफ्ना दाजुसंग घरमा बसीरहेको समयमा एकजना युवक घरमा आएका थिए। उक्त युवकले पिडीत बालिकाको दाजुलाई दोकान मिठाई किन्न पठाएर उक्त बालिकामाथि दुस्कर्म गर्ने प्रयास गरेको पिडीतकी आमाले बताएकी छिन। उक्त घटना बारे थानमा प्राथमिकी दर्ता गरिएको भए पनि आरोपी फरार रहेको छ।

 यता उक्त घटना बारे अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधिक्षक सोङमित लेप्चाले भनेअनुसार, घटना 21 तारिख रातीको हो। तर परिवारले 28 तारिख मात्र एफआइआर गरेको छ। त्यसै राती पुलिसको एक टोलीले घटनाको छानबीन गर्न घटनास्थल पुगेको हो। त्यसै बेलादेखि पुलिस घटनाको छानबीन जुटेको भएपनि हाइवे दुर्घटनामा टिस्टा नदीमा रम्बी ओसी लापत्ता बनेकोले आफू व्यस्त रहेको उनले जनाइन्‌। यद्यपि, आरोपिका पिता स्वयंले छोरालाई पुलिससमक्ष आत्मासमर्पण गर्न लगाउने बचन दिएको लेप्चाले जनाइन्‌। तर आजसम्म आरोपी पक्रा परेका छैन। पुलिसले घटनामा संग्लन आरोपीको खोजतसाल जारी राखेको अनि घटनाको छानबीन गरिरहेको बताएको छ। पुलिसले आरोपिलाई अझसम्म पक्राऊ गर्न नसकेकोमा पिडीत पक्षले असन्तुष्ट प्रकट गर्दै यथाशिघ्र पक्राउ गर्नुपर्ने माग गरेको छ।
